Projects, partnerships, and paid services
All professional services require a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, order, or similar document accepted by authorized parties. That document should define the parties, scope, assumptions, responsibilities, fees, taxes, payment terms, milestones, acceptance, change control, intellectual-property ownership, data handling, warranties, support, confidentiality, suspension, termination, and dispute terms.
If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. No employee, contractor, website statement, or informal message changes a signed agreement unless the change is approved in the manner required by that agreement.

DS LAB may update website content or these terms, and may modify, suspend, or withdraw website features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed service agreement.
DS LAB may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect systems or users, investigate suspected misconduct, or comply with law.
Applicable law, severability, and contact
These terms operate subject to the laws and mandatory rights that apply to DS LAB and the person using the website. Governing law, venue, and dispute procedures for paid services must be stated in the relevant signed agreement.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
